The success of this group has been and remains its transparency and genuine desire to provide open dialogue and fairness for everyone.
The recruitment, team selection, coach appointment, finance, etc are clearly defined in our actions and are underpinned by a very clear document called the Ethos and Operation Manual.
This document supports a more general Constitution that has clear simple aims. Please take time to carefully read the documents – we know they are long, but it is vital everyone understands the common goal.
We need to ensure each individual’s thinking takes account of the impact that has on the wider collective and by achieving this we are able to have a well- structured focused group. We also wanted to share with you, some wider details.
